This project involved the partial demolition of an existing restaurant and a complete renovation of the rest of the existing structure. Scope of work began with partial site groundwork and preparation, followed by new structural framing, exterior siding installation and a custom-built ramp and patio. Interior finishes included LVP flooring, handcrafted built-in benches, and the installation of natural wood wall finishes to create a warm, inviting atmosphere. The completed structure delivers a durable, modern restaurant space designed for long-term performance and daily commercial use.
