PROJECT OVERVIEW

This project involved the renovation and enhancement of multiple sections of the home with a strong focus on craftsmanship, character, and thoughtful detail. We completed a full attic renovation, transforming the space into a functional and refreshed area while ensuring proper insulation and high-quality finishing throughout.

A high-end addition was constructed to expand the home’s living space, carefully blending with the existing structure while complementing the client’s creative vision. We also repaired and restored a distinctive tower feature, preserving its architectural character while reinforcing its structure. Exterior improvements included removing an existing bulkhead, installing updated windows for improved efficiency and appearance, and brought new life to the existing deck with a custom staircase to enhance both accessibility and outdoor living.

Interior upgrades included a complete remodel of the upstairs bathroom, installation of a new stove, and the design and construction of custom cabinets tailored to the client’s needs and aesthetic style. Additional insulation was added to the basement to improve energy efficiency and year-round comfort.

The completed project successfully modernized and elevated the home while maintaining its unique artistic character, delivering both functional improvements and long-term value.
