This project consisted of the complete construction of a new two-car garage with a fully finished apartment built above. Work began with full site preparation and groundwork, including excavation and installation of a new driveway. The structure was framed and built from the ground up to ensure long-term strength, safety, and durability.

The second-story apartment was designed as a comfortable and functional living space, complete with a private bedroom, full bathroom, and a spacious living room. Every phase of construction—from foundation and framing to interior finishes—was carefully managed to deliver a high-quality building that enhances both usable square footage and overall property value.
