This project involved the construction of a new garage addition and an entirely new den seamlessly connected to the existing home, along with extensive interior and exterior upgrades to enhance both functionality and overall appearance. The garage and den were carefully designed and integrated into the existing structure to ensure structural integrity, visual continuity, and long-term durability. As part of the exterior improvements, we also repaired the driveway to provide a smooth, safe, and functional approach to the home and new additions.

In addition to the new construction, we repainted the entire home and installed new siding to refresh and modernize the exterior. Detailed trim work was completed to give the property a polished, finished look throughout. Inside, we built a dedicated closet for a washer and dryer to improve layout and convenience. The home received all new drywall and flooring, creating a clean, updated interior from top to bottom. AttiCat blow-in insulation was installed where applicable to improve energy efficiency and year-round comfort.
